Cancel Journey.Cloud Membership
To cancel or unsubscribe the auto-renewal of your membership subscription, please follow the steps below.

Please cancel the subscription in the App Store. For instructions on how to do so, please kindly refer to this article written by Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT202039
Go to Journey.Cloud > Settings > Profile (second button from the left).
Billing > press "Manage Subscription".
Press "Manage Account" > Select "Membership".
Press "Cancel subscription".
Confirm cancellation.
If you are unable to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at the moment, please kindly wait for 4 to 5 working days before attempting to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription again.
Android
