Restore Purchase

Restoring Premium purchase is done automatically by the app.

To restore Android Premium manually, please go to settings > Addons > Restore purchase.

Go to Settings > Add-Ons.
Tap "Restore Purchase".


If Journey fails to detect your Premium license, kindly check if the Google Play Store defaults to the correct Google account. Users with multiple Google accounts in the Google Play Store may experience this issue. The image below shows an example of Google Play Store app with multiple accounts



Please try the following steps to force Google Play Store to default to the correct account:

Uninstall the app on the phone.
Go to the Play Store site in your web browser and find the app.
Make sure you're logged into the website with the right account.
Install the app through the Play Store from a Web Browser. (Note: Do not do this through the Mobile App)

Select your mobile device and click Install. Wait a minute for the app to install on your device.


Verify Purchase
To check if the purchase is linked to the correct Google account, go to Journey > Settings > Addons > Premium > Purchase. In the purchase dialog, select GPay > verify the Google account.

Check Purchase History
You can also check the purchase history of your Google account.

Method 1:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Go to the Account section in the menu.
Go to Order History.

Method 2:

Go to play.google.com.
Log in with the same Google account you used for your purchases.
Go to Account.
Scroll down to see a list of your orders.

Method 3:

Go to payments.google.com.
Log in with the same Google account you used for your purchases.
Select an entry to see your receipt and the status of this purchase.
