Restore Your Journey.Cloud Membership
Verify Purchase
You can check the status of your Cloud Membership in Journey.Cloud > Settings > Cloud Membership. They are: Annual, Monthly, Lifetime and None.
If your membership status isn't updated correctly, kindly send us your order/receipt number, along with the Google account subscribed to the membership via Live Chat.
Restore Purchase
Android
Open Journey > Settings > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase. Go to Settings to check your purchase status.
iOS and Mac
Open Journey > Settings > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase. Go to Settings to check your purchase status.
Mac Classic, PC & Linux
Download the Mac, PC & Linux app from the in-store. Sign in to the Google account linked to the Journey.Cloud membership.
You cannot restore Journey.Cloud membership in Microsoft Store. Please download the in-store version here.
