The 3 membership plans are Monthly , Yearly and Lifetime. Monthly, Annual and Lifetime subscription plan unlocks these features:

Please note that non-subscribers can still access the web app free of charge. Some features are limited to members.

Upgrade to Membership

Web

Go to the membership page.
Click Join Now.
Login to your account.
Click Continue > fill in the billing details and address.

Android, iOS & Mac Catalyst

Open Journey in Android/iOS/Mac Catalyst > Settings/Preferences
Go to Addons
Tap ‘Membership’
Select the plan that you want
Confirm your billing information and tap ‘Subscribe’ or ‘Buy’

To upgrade from monthly to yearly plan:
Open Journey in Android/iOS/Mac Catalyst > Settings/Preferences
Go to Addons
Tap ‘Upgrade'
Select the plan you wish to upgrade
Confirm your billing information and tap ‘Subscribe’ or ‘Buy’

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows and Linux)

Install and open Journey
Go to Addons
Tap ‘Upgrade'

Downgrade Plan

This option is not available at the moment.

Verify Plan

Go to the web app > Settings > Profile > Membership to check your membership status and renewal date.

Cancel Plan

Applies to monthly and annual options. Refer to Cancel Membership.
