If you are experiencing purchase issues, please follow the steps below.

Stuck in purchasing status





The app is stuck in the purchasing status with a continuous spinning icon.

Delete app data folder and restart app.
Previous journal entries that are not synced and user preferences will be deleted.

The app data folder can be found here:

Windows


C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Journey2\


Mac in-store


~/Library/Application Support/Journey2/


Mac App Store


~/Library/Containers/com.journey.mac.mas/Data/Library/Application Support/Journey2/


Linux

No Internet Connection


Please check that you are connected to the internet. Temporarily turn off the firewall and anti-virus softwares. Contact us via the Live chat if you are still unable resolve this issue.
