Verify Purchase

You can check the status of your Cloud Membership in Journey.Cloud > Settings > Profile. They are: Annual, Monthly, Lifetime and None.


If your membership status isn't updated correctly, kindly send us your order/receipt number, along with the account subscribed to the membership via Live Chat.


Restore Purchase


Android

Open Journey > Settings > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase.


iOS and Mac Catalyst

Open Journey > Settings > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase.


Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows and Linux)

Open Journey > Add-Ons > Restore Purchase.


Web

The purchase status is automatically retrieved from the cloud.
