Migrate From Google Drive to a New Google Drive


To migrate and transfer your existing journal entries into a new Google Drive:

Step 1: Archive journal entries to .zip. For instructions on how to do so, please refer to this article.

Step 2: Next, logout and remove the current account from device. For instructions on how to do so, please refer to this article.

Step 3: Sign into Journey using the new Google account.

Step 4: Import the backup .zip file. For instructions on how to do so, please refer to this article.

⚠️ Warning! Import at your own risk. Your existing entries may be overwritten, and you may end up with duplicates if you import the same backup multiple times. We are not liable for any failures or incorrect imports.

Migrate From Google Drive to Journey Cloud Sync



To migrate and transfer your existing journal entries from Google Drive into Journey Cloud Sync:

Step 1: Archive journal entries to .zip. For instructions on how to do so, please refer to this article.

Step 2: Next, create a new Journey Cloud Sync Drive. Go to settings >` Data & Cloud Services` > Add cloud service > Select Journey Sync Drive. If you have created a Journey Sync Drive in your account before, skip step 2.

Step 3: Once the Journey Cloud Sync Drive has been created, go to settings > Data & Cloud Services > select a Journey Sync Drive > import.

Step 4: Import the backup .zip file. For instructions on how to do so, please refer to this article.

Step 5: Once the import is successful, please ensure that the journal entries are synced to the cloud. For the web app, please do not close the browser window until complete.
