Compose Entry via Email Client

To create an entry in your email client, you can send a message to your Journey.Cloud unique email address.

This feature requires Journey.Cloud membership.

You cannot compose an entry via forwarded email. The supported email client is Gmail.

Android, iOS and Mac:



The Journey.Cloud unique email address can be found by going to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > tap or click on your Cloud account > tap or click on "E-mail Services".



To configure sender's email, please change the email address in Configure Email Reminder.

The supported features are:
Text
Multiple attachments: Up to 10

Types of attachments that are supported:
Image: jpg, jpeg, gif, png,
Video: mp4, 3gp
Audio: mp3

Features that are not supported:
Tag
Activity
Mood


Mac Classic, PC and Linux:



This feature is currently unavailable.


Web
