Compose Entry via Email Client
To create an entry in your email client, you can send a message to your Journey.Cloud unique email address. To configure sender's email, please change the email address in Configure Email Reminder.
The supported features are:
Text
Multiple attachments: Up to 10
Types of attachments that are supported:
Image: jpg, jpeg, gif, png,
Video: mp4, 3gp
Audio: mp3
Features that are not supported:
Tag
Activity
Mood
This feature requires Journey.Cloud membership.
You cannot compose an entry via forwarded email. The supported email client is Gmail.
The Journey.Cloud unique email address can be found in Settings > Data & Cloud Services > tap or click on your Cloud account > tap or click on E-mail Services.
