How to Share Self-Hosted Sync Drive?

In Self-Hosted Journey Cloud Sync, you can allow small groups, friends, and family members to collaborate on a single shared journal. To add a new member, it is recommended that you create a token for each member.


Create a new token

  1. Login to your self-hosted Journey Cloud Sync's admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Sync Drive by clicking on Journey > Sync Drive.
  3. Select an existing Sync Drive > press ⋯ > Edit
  4. In tokens, press Add new item.
  5. Insert a token name.
  6. Press Save.


Retrieve token key

The token key is required to link the self-hosted sync drive to Journey.


  1. Login to your self-hosted Journey Cloud Sync's admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Sync Drive by clicking on Journey > Sync Drive.
  3. Select an existing Sync Drive > press ⋯ > Show
  4. In tokens, share a token key with the member.
