Resolve Empty / Corrupt Entry
If you encounter B0301/A112/E0100B sync error code, it indicates that one of the file is either empty or corrupt. As a result, synchronization cannot continue. To resolve this issue, simply follow the steps below:
- Login to Journey.Cloud to check your entries.
- Contact us for assistance via Live chat with the affected email address.
