Android

Go to Settings > Data & Cloud services > select a cloud service.

Journey Cloud Sync: Export to… > Select DOCX in Export Type

Google Drive: Data > DOCX

When exporting, the system file picker will be displayed > Tap Menu icon (top left corner) > Select a local storage you wish to export to > Select a folder in the directory and tap Select.

iOS

Go to Preferences > Data & Cloud services > select a cloud service.

Journey Cloud Sync: Export to… > Select DOCX in Export Type.

Google Drive: Data > DOCX.

Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)

Go to Settings > Data > select a cloud service.

Journey Cloud Sync: Export to… > Select DOCX in Export Type.

Google Drive: Export to DOCX.

Mac Catalyst

Select Journey in menu bar > Preferences > Data & Cloud services > select a cloud service.

Journey Cloud Sync: Export to… > Select DOCX in Export Type.

Google Drive: Export to DOCX > Select Date Range, Page order, Tags > Done.

Web

Go to settings > cloud > select a Journey Cloud Sync drive
Press Export to… > Export
Select Docx option
Press Export

Docx export is only supported for Journey Cloud Sync in the web app.

Please note that video cannot be exported to Docx. A thumbnail of the video will be generated instead.
