Find Purchase Information
This guide provides instructions on how to retrieve purchase information from various platforms. Follow the steps for your specific device or service.
iOS, iPad & Mac Catalyst (App Store)
- Open the Files App.
- Navigate to Journey Folder: Go to "On My iPhone/iPad". Find and open the "Journey" folder.
- Locate and Retrieve File: Look for "PurchaseLogs.txt".
- Tap and hold the file, select "Share", and choose your preferred method to send the file to our support.
Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store App
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- View Purchase History: Select "Payments & Subscriptions" > Tap on "Budget & History".
- Locate the Journey purchase and tap it.
- Note the GPA ID (e.g., GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567) and send it to our support.
Alternatively, search for emails from Google Play or noreply@google.com and look for the GPA ID in the transaction details section.
Web & Journey Desktop App (Journey Store)
- Find the invoice sent to you via email.
- Look for the order number on the invoice.
- Use your preferred method to send us the invoice with the order number.
