Create Entry via Email Client
To create an entry in your email client, you can send a message to your Journey.Cloud unique email address.
The supported features are:
- Text
- Multiple attachments: Up to 10
Types of attachments that are supported:
- Image: jpg, jpeg, gif, png,
- Video: mp4, 3gp
- Audio: mp3
Features that are not supported:
- Tag
- Activity
- Mood
Android, iOS and Mac Catalyst
The Journey.Cloud unique email address can be found by going to Settings > Data & Cloud Services > tap or click on your Cloud account > tap or click on "E-mail Services".
To configure sender's email, please change the email address in Configure Email Reminder.
Journey Desktop (Mac, Windows & Linux)
To configure email reminders, go to Settings > Data > select a cloud service > tap or click on E-mail Services.
To enable the sending of email reminders, please set your preferred time; you will receive an email at this time everyday. You can also configure the recipient's email address in the E-mail Address field.
Web
The Journey.Cloud unique email address can be found by going to Journey.Cloud > Settings > Email Services.
To configure sender's email, please change the email address in Configure Email Reminder.
