Stripe & Chargebee
In-store purchase refund will be considered within 30 minutes of purchase. If you would like to proceed, kindly fill-up the refund form here.

Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through Stripe and Chargebee. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel the subscription once activated, all sales are final and there will be no refunds. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the billing cycle in which you cancel. You can manage your subscriptions in Journey Settings after purchase.

Refund request is done on case-by-case basis. Refrain from requesting chargeback from your bank as we will not process your refund when a dispute occurs.
